Orders and payment
Orders are accepted after payment is approved and inventory is available. Prices and product availability may change before an order is placed. A transaction confirmation does not override a payment reversal, suspected fraud, or an inventory error.
Hat Club membership
The Tidal Rack Hat Club costs $27 per month. Your first $27 payment is charged when you join, and your membership automatically renews for $27 each month until canceled. Members receive one exclusive members-only hat each month, early access to select drops, opportunities to vote on future designs, and 10% off Tidal Rack apparel. Email info@tidalracksupplyco.com before your next renewal to skip a month or cancel. Canceling stops future charges and does not refund a completed renewal.
Local pickup
The first launch is local pickup only. We will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout when your order is ready and to coordinate pickup details.
In-stock and preorder items
In-stock items are fulfilled from available inventory. Preorder items are produced after the ordering window closes; the estimated production timeline shown on the product applies.
Returns and problems
Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup if there is a problem. Items must be unworn and unused. Custom, preorder, and final-sale items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Product appearance
Colors and details may vary slightly because of screens, garment-dye variations, materials, and production. We work to show products as accurately as possible.
