In-stock and preorder timing will be shown on each product and in your order confirmation. We will contact you when your local-pickup order is ready.
Spot clean or gently hand wash with cool water and mild detergent. Air dry to help the hat keep its shape. Do not put it in the dryer.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Items must be unworn and unused. Custom, preorder, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
